July Announcements

Communion- July 14 & 28

Salvation Army Meals- On the first and third Thursday of each month we have the privilege of providing lunch for the clients who utilize the food pantry at Salvation Army. This is a special time of getting to know people in our community. We’d love for you to experience it yourself! The meals are served from 1-2:30 pm and we need a rotation of people to set up and serve. You can sign up to provide food or volunteer on the Meal Trains below.

Galatians Sermon Series- For those who had long lived under the law, the early church struggled to understand what their newfound freedom in Christ meant, and how they were to live in light of it. Now united with Christ and filled with his Spirit, they were empowered to live not for their own desires, but lives characterized by love. Join us on Sunday mornings as we study Paul’s letter to the Galatians. Want to dig in even deeper? Join one of our Community Groups. To find the right one for you, talk to Pastor Jon Davis.

The Restore Network Back to School Bash- The Restore Network will provide school supplies for over 400 students at their annual Back to School Bash in July. The Bridge will be collecting markers, highlighters and colored pencils for the party. To keep track of donations we’ve created a Target registry that can be accessed HERE.

Please only purchase the brands listed on the registry. If items are purchased somewhere other than Target, contact Natalie Runyon to adjust the registry. Donations can be placed in the basket in the foyer between now and July 16. To share more about the good work The Restore Network is doing in our community, Jill Winslow will be joining us at the worship service on Sunday, July 21.
